With the creation of this mural, the artist's intention is to call for the protection and preservation of the marine ecosystem. The oceans are the world's largest reservoir of biodiversity, and there are still two-thirds of its species to be identified. Currently, it is estimated that up to 20% of the species in the Mediterranean Sea are in an unfavourable situation, including the loggerhead turtle. For this reason, the work Vida Marina seeks to raise awareness among the population in order to move towards a more sustainable future.
