The Verbena de San Juan de El Boquetillo is one of the most traditional and beloved celebrations in Fuengirola. Every summer, this neighbourhood becomes a meeting point for neighbours and visitors who enjoy several days of conviviality, live music, children's activities and gastronomic proposals in a close and familiar atmosphere. Beyond its festive nature, the verbena represents the strong roots of popular traditions and the participatory spirit of a neighbourhood that has managed to preserve its identity over the decades.

Programming of the Verbera de El Boquetillo 2026

The celebration of the Verbena de El Boquetillo in the summer of 2026 will take place from June 21 to 24 and will be starred by the close and festive atmosphere and by the performances of Cantores de Híspalis, La Húngara and Mujeres por Sevillanas.

On Monday, June 22, the performances will begin at 8:30 p.m. with the dance school of Alicia Iranzo, to then give way to the performances of the dance academy of Juan Antonio Pérez 'Azabache'  (9:30 p.m .), Calle La Noria (10:30 p.m.) and Women for Sevillanas, with the participation of María de La Colina, Las Soles and Las Carlotas (11:45 p.m.).

On Tuesday, June 23, Children's Day will be celebrated and children's attractions will cost 50% of their usual price. In addition, at 8:00 p.m. in the afternoon the great children's party will take place with a theatrical performance by Peladilla Producciones. Then, it will be the turn of the performances of the Academy 'Baila Conmigo' (9:00 p.m.), the Punto y Aparte Orchestra (10:00 p.m.) and Paco y Llina (11:30 p.m.). In addition, from twelve o'clock at night, San Francisco beach will host the traditional fireworks display on the Night of San Juan.

On Wednesday 24, the last day of the festival, you can enjoy the performances of Hermanos Ortigosa on the stage of Miguel Bueno street (10:00 p.m.) and  to say goodbye to the festivities until next year, the Cantores de Híspalis will perform from 11:00 p.m.
