The Romería del Rosario de Fuengirola is a festival of great tradition that is held annually in honour of the Virgen del Rosario, patron saint of the town. It is traditionally held on the Sunday before the start of the fair of the same name.

Joy and emotion fill this day of pilgrimage made up of traditional carts, horsemen, pilgrims and decorated vehicles. The celebration begins with the mass of pilgrims in the Parish of Our Lady of the Crowned Rosary and continues on a route that crosses iconic streets and squares. The itinerary ends in the park of El Esparragal, belonging to the municipality of Mijas.

A meeting of conviviality where local gastronomy, musical performances and a marked cultural character are present.
