AHMAD GHOREISHI Isfahan, Iran
Architect and artist, Ahmad Ghoreishi established his residence in Spain in 1982, where he has developed a continuous artistic career, combining architecture with plastic creation for years.
His training and experience, together with a constant concern for experimentation, have marked a work developed through different languages and disciplines, including painting, engraving, watercolour, ceramics, sculpture and artistic installation.
Throughout his career he has held more than 40 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 80 group exhibitions in Spain and other countries.
Among his recognitions are the Gaudí First Prize for Watercolor (1991) and the First Prize of the XVIII Andalusian Contemporary Painting Contest City of Torremolinos (2017).

NYMPHS
In ancient cultures, nymphs represent different forces of nature, just like Anahita, a Persian goddess associated with water and fertility.
"Nymphs" was born from a contemporary look at nature. In my work, water, flowers and the female body become manifestations of the same vital and transforming force.
The body appears as a living, sensitive and vulnerable nature, linked to the earth, water and the cycle of life.
"Nymphs" is the space where nature and the body meet and transform each other.
