About

Fuengirola bids farewell to the year running. On Sunday, December 20, the Fairgrounds hosts the new edition of the Christmas Race, a sporting and festive event in equal parts in which the stopwatch matters, but the costume too.

The general route is 3,000 meters, an affordable distance for regular runners and for those who are new to putting on a bib. The little ones have their own race, about 1,500 meters, so it is a perfect plan for the whole family. The start is at 10:00 a.m., with plenty of time to finish off the morning with a breakfast by the sea or a walk through the center, already with a Christmas atmosphere.

There will be trophies for the first three classified in each category, male and female, and special prizes for the best costumes, both individual and group. The test is organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Fuengirola.
